Review the setup process and be prepared to complete the process in its entirety.Faculty, staff, students, retirees, no-pays, affiliates and other unity account holders are required to enroll in Duo to enhance the security of your account at NC State.

When you activate Duo, you will be required to log in with both your password and an additional security measure, such as a code delivered via text or mobile app security key or a push (or pop-up) notification on your smartphone. Duo Security adds Two-Factor Authentication to services that facilitate login for unity account holders, most notably Google Workspace, MyPack Portal, WolfWare and many others.
